Register For The Guinness World Record Hip Hop Cypher - Philadelphia 2026

Welcome to a Moment in History

The Hip Hop Foundation is proud to host a ground-breaking event: a Guinness World Record attempt for the Largest Continuous Hip Hop Cypher ever assembled. On June 27, 2026, thousands of lyricists, MCs, spoken-word artists, DJs, youth groups, dancers, and community performers will come together in a single, never-ending cypher circle. This is more than an event; it’s a worldwide statement of unity, creativity, and Hip Hop cultural pride. Emcees- we’re inviting you to show up, represent, and help make history.

This Cypher isn’t only about lyrical skill; it’s about connection. It brings together people from different neighborhoods, backgrounds, and walks of life to build social bonds rooted in respect, love, and Hip Hop culture.

Empowered Voices: Many communities face erasure or marginalization. In this cypher, voices that often go unheard get amplified - real stories, truths, struggles, and resilience get a platform.

Talent Development: For MCs, spoken word artists, DJs - this is a performance dojo. A place to sharpen your craft, build respect, grow your presence, and join a community of like-minded artists.

Cultural Preservation + Legacy: As cities change and gentrification threatens roots, this cypher stands as a declaration: Hip Hop lives, endures, evolves, and belongs to its community. Philly wants to go down in history as the city that brought the world’s biggest cypher to life.
