The Hip Hop Foundation of Philadelphia brings The Wednesday Cypher back to the Graffiti Lounge on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 6PM-9PM at Container Village, 49th & Parkside Avenue in West Philadelphia.

This special Lounge & Chill Cypher creates a relaxed environment for Philadelphia emcees, producers, DJs, independent artists, media creators and supporters of Hip Hop culture to meet, network, exchange ideas and build relationships around the music and culture. The Graffiti Lounge was created as a community-centered Hip Hop cultural space at Container Village where Hip Hop can be performed, practiced, documented, taught and preserved.

Artists can come ready to connect with the community and experience one of West Philadelphia’s growing spaces for independent Hip Hop culture. Whether you are an emcee looking to sharpen your skills, a producer looking to meet artists, a creative professional looking to network or simply somebody who loves Hip Hop, the Lounge & Chill Cypher is a place to be part of the culture instead of simply watching it from the outside.
