The Good Jawn Music Festival 2026 Brings Dell-P, Kool G. Rap and Golden Era Hip Hop to Philadelphia
Philadelphia Hip Hop is coming together for an afternoon of powerful lyricism, independent music, community connection and authentic Golden Era energy.
On Saturday, August 22, 2026, The Good Jawn Music Festival will take over The Lawn, 3701 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Headlined by Philadelphia’s own Dell-P and legendary lyricist Kool G. Rap, the festival brings an extensive lineup of emcees, DJs, hosts and independent artists together for one major Philadelphia Hip Hop experience. General admission tickets are listed at $20.
The Good Jawn Music Festival is built for listeners who appreciate bars, storytelling, stage presence, cultural history and the competitive spirit of emceeing.
Philadelphia recording artist and event curator Dell-P will represent the city alongside Kool G. Rap, one of the featured headliners bringing New York lyricism to the Philadelphia stage.
The pairing connects Philadelphia’s independent Hip Hop movement with the sound, technique and uncompromising artistry associated with Golden Era rap. It also gives audiences an opportunity to support respected veterans while discovering a large roster of emerging and established independent artists.
