Get Featured on The IIour Show — 98.5 FM Uptown Radio
If you're interested in booking a radio interview (not just spins), here’s how to submit your request:
Email Application: Send your request to hiphop@phillyhiphopfoundation.org
Subject line should be: Booking Request – [Your Name / Stage Name]
What to Include: In Your email make sure to provide the following Artist or Organization Name, Short Bio (75–150 words), High-resolution promo photo or logo, EPK / Press Kit (PDF or a link). Links to your music (streaming links), website, and social media profiles City & State Your phone number and email for follow-up
Music Requirements: Provide clean radio edits only — profanity-free. Send 3 songs, properly labeled (Artist – Song Name). Include those songs (via upload or streaming links) in the same email.
BOOKING DONATION STRUCTURE (For Indie Artists)
Your donation helps support nonprofit outreach, FM airplay, and creative programming across Philly. This is a community investment, not a payment for play. We thank you for your donations.
- Radio Interview Only (WJYN 98.5FM) $100 one hour on air + music
- Radio Interview + AirPlay Concert Performance 15min set $150
- Radio Interview + Lyrically Fit Performance 15min set includes meet & greet interview $175
- Radio Interview + AirPlay & Lyrically Fit Performance 15min set includes meet & greet $250
All interviews are roughly one hour, plus music. Booking includes a promo flyer, online promotion, and the opportunity to vend your merch.
