Your donation to The Hip Hop Foundation makes an immediate difference by funding our free, after-school Hip Hop program for Philadelphia youth. Why Donate?

At The Hip Hop Foundation, we believe every young person should have access to high-quality, culturally relevant education. Our mission is to provide creative and educational resources to the Philadelphia Indie Hip Hop community, creating opportunities for growth and empowerment. We’re committed to nurturing a new generation of artists, leaders, and community advocates through programs that spark both curiosity and civic pride. But we need your help!

How You Can Help

Every donation matters. Here are a few ways your contribution can make a tangible impact:

$25 – Provides essential supplies for one student in our after-school program.

$100 – Covers a session fee for a local artist to mentor students.

$500 – Supports the production of a community-focused documentary, bringing local stories to a wider audience.

$1,000 – Funds a full week of Hip Hop education for students, including dance, music production, and more.

In addition to donations, volunteer opportunities are available for those who want to get directly involved. We welcome passionate individuals who can contribute their time and skills to help make our programs a success.

The Hip-Hop Foundation is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing resources and support to the Philadelphia Indie Hip-hop culture. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality education, hip hop events and hip hop programs in there community that inspire and encourage growth. We work tirelessly to make those things a reality for our neighbors.  

We are excited to announce that we will be offering a new hip hop education class for students in our community! This class will provide students with the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of hip hop, as well as the skills necessary to create their own hip hop music and dance.

We believe that this class will be a valuable asset to our community, as it will provide students with the opportunity to learn about a new culture and to develop their creativity. We are currently seeking donations to help us cover the costs of this class, including the instructor's fees, supplies, and space rental.
